Michael Williams is a  young singer songwriter based in the South East. He is currently breaking the boundaries of acoustic music using unique lyrical ideas, structures and chord inversions.

Michael is influenced by a wide range of artists but, Jason Mraz, Jack Johnson and Ben Folds Five are his main influences and can be heard within his sound.

Who Can Beat Civilized Tears?

One again Civilized Tears hit the top spot in August Band Poll. Still way ahead of Brighton's Jumping Ships, look for a video from them soon. Airspiel again do well in third just ahead of Midgar and a good performance from Avosetta in fifth. The Velvet Hearts took sixth.
